1&2 Cross right behind left, turn ¼ left and step forward, step right forward
3&4 Triple in place left, right, left
5&6 Step right forward, step left together, step right back
7&8 Step left back, step right together, step left forward
ROCK, ½ SHUFFLE, ¼ TURN, STEP, WEAVE
1-2 Rock right forward, replace to left
3&4 Turn ¼ right and step right to side, step left together, turn ¼ right and step right forward
5-6 Turn ¼ right and step left to side, cross right behind left
7&8 Step left to side, cross right over left, step left to side
2 SAILORS, 2 ROCKS
1&2 Cross right behind left, step left together, step right slightly to right
3&4 Cross left behind right, step right together, step left slightly to left
5-6 Rock right forward, replace to left
7-8 Rock right back, replace to left
