In My Blood

Description: 32 count, 2 wall, improver line dance
Music: Country Thang by Colt Ford (Start dance on lyrics)

TAP TAP STEP, TAP TAP STEP, SLIDE BACK, KNEE ROLL TWICE
1&2 Tap R toe twice, Step forward on R
3&4 Tap L toe twice, Step forward on L
5-6 Slide big step back on R, together L
7-8 Knees together, roll knees counter clockwise in a circle twice

GRAPEVINE RIGHT, STEP LOCK FORWARD, PIVOT TURN STEP, COASTER
1&2 Step R to right side, step L behind R, step R to right
3&4 Step L forward, step R behind L step L forward
5&6 Step forward on R, switch weight to L and complete 1/2 turn left,
Step back on R while you complete 1/2 turn left
(NOTE: Right foot will be facing front wall; L toes should stay touching the floor during 5&6 as you turn for balance)
7&8 Step back on L, step back on R, step forward on L

CHARLESTON, TOUCH TURN AROUND
1-4 Touch R forward, step R together, touch L back, step L together
5-6 Touch R forward, step R together
7-8 Touch L back, change weight to L while turning 1/2 turn left

KICK & TOUCH (X2), ROCK LEFT, ROCK RIGHT
1&2 Kick R foot forward, step on R, touch L to left
3&4 Kick L foot forward, step on L, touch R to right
&5-6 Switch weight to R and rock L to left, recover weight to R
&7-8 Switch weight to L and rock R to right, recover weight to L
[easier alternative for cts 5-8: Step R, touch L to left, Step L, touch R to right)

E-O-D! (end of dance!)

TAG: The first TWO times you face the BACK WALL to repeat dance, do these 12 counts. (WALLS 2 & 4)
1-6 Cross step R over L and walk in a counter clock wise circle all the way around to the back wall
7-8 Facing back wall, stomp R in place, stomp L in place
9-12 Swivel heels to right, back to center, swivel heels to left, back to center.
